Food illustration : My go to Yuzukosho dressing recipe

This is my go to dressing recipe all the time, - for an everyday meal or pot luck -. Yuzukosho 's citrusy and spicy taste brightens up the salad so well, always people ask me what kind of dressing I used. This dressing goes well with any vegetable. My favorite way is to use petit tomato, quinoa, and blanched sliced onions with the dressing in the fridge for one hour, and add avocado and cilantro right before serving. Since I love Yuzukosho's kick and punch, I will post more Yuzu recipes in the furture. (I have recipes 50+ more way to use Yuzukosho...seriously :)
