Another Yuzu-koshō recipe! (What is Yuzu-koshō? click here ). Yuzu-koshō is one of my favorite condiments. This salad recipe is super simple - of course you can replace broccoli and cauliflower, add diced mozzarella cheese, etc. It's a very flexible recipe. Great as a side dish, taste bright like lights of broadway - as Mr. Folk says!
